🎁 Promos
Promotions are managed in the lobby admin Promos tab (Admin dashboard).
Promo types
These types are available to create and run:
| Type | Player-facing idea |
|---|---|
| SPINS | Deposit (minimum) → grant free spins on selected games at a set spin value |
| BONUS | Deposit-match style credit with a wagering (playthrough) requirement |
| CONTEST | Wagering leaderboard; top places split a prize pool at the end |
Each promo has a title, marketing copy, schedule (start + duration), eligible games, offer terms, and a casino/venue scope. You can mark a promo mobile eligible so it can appear in the phone lobby when the phone app is enabled.
Create & manage
- Open admin → Promos.
- Create a promo and pick SPINS, CONTEST, or BONUS.
- Fill schedule, rewards, eligible games, and venue.
- Save; use list actions to edit, pause, cancel, or open details.
KPIs on the list show how many promos are active, scheduled, and expired.
Advertise via phone
Use Advertise on a promo row to send a template to online players through phone channels your server supports (Email and/or Message).
- Pick a built-in template (e.g. launch / ending soon / contest live), preview placeholders (
title,type,venueName, dates, …), optionally save a custom template, then Send to online players. - Channels only work when phone messaging integration reports them as supported. If a channel shows disabled, enable/fix phone integration first—see Phone app.
Idle machine jackpot screens can also rotate active promo CTAs with jackpot counters (display side—see CCTV & displays).
Analytics (brief)
Open a promo’s details view for:
- Participant counts and eligibility / reward status
- Type-specific progress (remaining spins, bonus wagering left, contest progress, etc.)
- Attributed wagered / won / spins tied to the promo
Use this to check uptake before you extend or repeat an offer.
