exports.nolag_properties:IsUtilityPaid(propertyId, utilityType)

If utilities are turned off (Config.Utilities.Enabled = false), it always returns true.

Parameters

• propertyId: number The property ID
• utilityType: 'electricity' | 'water' | 'internet' The utility

Return Value

• boolean true if the bill is not due. false if it is due or the property doesn't exist.
