The line shows in the Agency Portal. It only records the transaction. No money is moved. To record a deal and pay commission, use AgencyRecordDeal.

Parameters

• data: table
  • society: string The job name of the agency. Required.
  • type: string The kind of transaction. Required. The script uses 'sale', 'rent', 'buy', 'commission', 'transfer', 'list', 'delist', 'assign', 'deposit', 'withdraw' and 'create'.
  • amount?: number Defaults to 0
  • propertyId?: number
  • propertyLabel?: string
  • agentIdentifier?: string
  • agentName?: string
  • buyerIdentifier?: string
  • note?: string
  • contractId?: number
