getMarketplaceProperties

exports.nolag_properties:getMarketplaceProperties()

It returns every property listed for sale or for rent that is not rented right now. The list is cached and rebuilt when a listing changes. Note the lowercase g in the name.

Return Value

An array of tables:

• id: number The property ID
• title: string The property name

• type: 'shell' | 'ipl' | 'mlo'
• price: number The sale price
• rentPrice: number The rent price
• isForSale: boolean
• isForRent: boolean
• hasYard: boolean
• garage: string 'Garage Available' or 'None'
• tags: string[]
• images: string[] Only the first image
• tier: number | nil The shell tier, for shells
• sellerType: 'user' | 'society'
• seller: string | nil The agency name, when a society sells it
• listedAt: number | nil When it was listed, as a Unix timestamp
• coords: { number, number } The x and y of the property
