Map zones are the areas you set up in the Zone Editor. They set the property price and the utility prices of each area.

Parameters

• coords?: vector3 The position to check. Defaults to the player's position.

Return Value

• { id: string, name: string } | nil The first zone found at the position, or nil if there is none.
