💼 Casino society
A society casino lets one of your existing framework jobs own a venue. The till is that job's shared bank account in the banking resource already running on the server (for example tgg-banking or tgg-finance). Casino admin does not create the job, and it does not keep a second cash box for the casino.
Progressive jackpots stay on their own. They do not take from the society account and they do not pay into it. See Jackpots.
Before you start
- Create the job in your framework (QBCore, QBox, or ESX). Casino admin only binds a job that already exists.
- Give that job its society bank account in your banking script, or be ready to create it from the Society tab when your banking script allows that.
- Open the admin dashboard with your ACE admin permission.
Each framework job can be bound to one casino. If you need a second venue on society mode, use a different job.
Bind the job
- In the admin dashboard, open Society.
- Pick the casino.
- Choose the framework job.
- Turn society mode on and save.
Capitalisation, till status, and grade permissions stay hidden until the account is ready (and until the steps before that are done).
No society bank account yet
- If the banking resource that is running can create society accounts from here, the Society tab offers that create action.
- If it cannot, create the account in your banking script. The Society tab tells you to do that.
- After the account exists, the create row is hidden. You will not see it again for that job.
Warn and lock
These two multipliers are per casino. They scale off that venue's average max bet.
Warn must be strictly higher than lock. The save rejects a pair that is equal or upside down.
The society account cannot go negative.
Only an ACE admin can edit the warn and lock multipliers, from the Society tab. Society bosses cannot change them. The Management screen cannot change them either.
Distributable profit share
Set a share from 0 to 100. Owners may withdraw only that share of positive realized gaming profit.
- Losses carry forward, so a later win has to clear earlier losses before there is profit to take.
- Deposits and other capital stay in the till. They are not profit.
- Earlier withdrawals, and upkeep paid from profit, reduce what is left.
- A withdrawal has to leave the till above the capital lock floor.
When the share is 0, Management treasury is deposit-only. There is no withdraw switch on that screen.
Where withdrawals are paid
Choose where an allowed withdrawal is paid: cash, bank, or both. The default is both (cash and bank).
Grade permissions
On the Society tab, set what each job grade may do in Management:
Upkeep
Set a salary and a period length (in days) for machines, and for cashiers and dealers (tables).
Upkeep can be paid in either of these ways:
- From distributable profit. That payment reduces what owners can still withdraw.
- From the payer's personal bank. That payment leaves the profit share untouched, and the casino does not pay the person back.
A cost of 0 means that salary is not charged.
If a machine salary for the current period is unpaid, that machine stops taking play until it is paid. If a dealer or table salary for the current period is unpaid, that table stops taking play until it is paid. The rest of the floor keeps running.
That stop is the upkeep gate for one game. The venue-wide lock is the other gate: it closes new bets across the casino when the till is under the lock level. Paying the salary reopens that machine or table. Refilling the till above the lock level reopens venue-wide bets.
Open Management
Eligible society staff can open Management in either place:
- At the venue, from the management access on the floor.
- From anywhere, including outside the venue footprint, with
/casinomanagementor/cm.
Staff still need a grade permission that lets them in. The commands open Management for that venue. They do not open the player lobby.
