By purchasing digital products from our Tebex store (TeamsGG Store), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the licensing, permitted use, refund eligibility, and support scope for the scripts and digital products provided by TeamsGG. Licensing and Usage
License Agreement
All digital products provided by TeamsGG are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a script grants you a non-exclusive right to use the product for your own server or project, subject to these Terms of Service.
Authorized Use
The script or digital product may only be used by the original purchaser. Purchase access, support, and refund verification are tied to the Discord account linked to the original purchase. Redistribution and resale of the product or license in any form is strictly prohibited.
Types of Purchases
One-Time Purchases
Scripts purchased through a one-time payment are yours to use indefinitely, provided you comply with these Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions grant access to specific products or bundles for as long as the subscription remains active. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties through Tebex. Access to the scripts covered by the subscription ends when the active billing period expires.
Prohibited Actions
By using our products, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the scripts.
- Share scripts with others, upload them to public forums or websites, or make them accessible to unauthorized users.
- Resell or redistribute the scripts under any circumstances.
Violating these terms may result in:
- Revocation of your license to use the product.
- Reporting of your Cfx.re account for potential action or banning.
- Legal action to recover damages and enforce these Terms of Service.
No Warranty
All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party resources, modified frameworks, custom integrations, or standalone implementations beyond what is explicitly stated on the product page or in our documentation.
Payments and Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be approved once the purchase and linked Discord account are verified in accordance with that policy. After the applicable refund window, purchases are final unless we determine otherwise under the terms of the Refund Policy. Payment processing issues related to checkout or billing must be addressed through Tebex.
Purchase Verification and Support
Discord support
Support is available only through our official Discord server. It is available to the original purchaser and to developer accounts they link there using the Customer's Dev role.
Slash commands
After your purchase is claimed, you may add, list, or remove designated developers with:
/dev add/dev list/dev remove
Assigned users may access support channels on your behalf.
Refunds and verification
Refund requests and purchase ownership verification require the Discord account linked to the original purchase, and you must provide the Tebex purchase ID when we need to verify ownership. Product support (non-refund) may be provided to the purchaser or to users they have assigned the Customer's Dev role as described above.
Scope of support
We provide support for issues related to our own resource. We do not provide support for implementing standalone framework functions, custom standalone setups, third-party resources, or issues caused by external modifications. If the issue is not with our resource itself, support may be declined and the case may also be ineligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Updates
We aim to provide updates and improvements to our products regularly. However, updates are not guaranteed and may depend on the product, subscription status, or scope of the license purchased.
Account Security and Stolen Assets
Securing your Discord account, Cfx.re account, Tebex account, and any credentials associated with your purchase is solely the responsibility of the customer. TeamsGG is not liable for any unauthorized access, compromised accounts, or misuse resulting from credentials shared, leaked, or otherwise obtained by third parties.
We do not issue refunds, transfer ownership, restore licenses, or reinstate access for purchases tied to accounts that have been reported as stolen, hijacked, traded, or sold. Claims of stolen accounts, stolen scripts, or stolen digital assets will not be considered grounds for a refund, license reissue, or chargeback support, and such requests will be declined.
If your linked Discord or Cfx.re account is compromised, you must recover it directly with the respective platform. Purchase ownership and support eligibility remain bound to the originally linked Discord account and verified Tebex purchase ID, as defined in the Purchase Verification and Support section above.
