🛒 Marketplace
The marketplace lists every property for sale or rent. Players open it from /properties.
The marketplace
- Grid or map: switch between the listing grid and a map view.
- Filters: listing type (sale or rent), property type, price range, tier, garage, and more.
- Newest first: listings are sorted newest first. A rented property leaves the list right away.
Listing details
A listing
Each listing shows its photos, sale price, rent per day, utility costs, tags, and the seller. From here, players can buy, rent (choosing an end date), or set a waypoint.
Sale signs
Houses can show a sale sign: for sale, for rent, or sold, with the agency's branding. Players can preview the sign before placing it. The sign model and placement rules are set in Settings → Sale Sign.
On the phone
On lb-phone and YSeries, the Marketplace app lists the same properties on a list and a map. See Phones.
