💼 Real Estate Job

Real estate agents create, sell, and rent properties through an agency tied to their job. This guide adds the job to your framework and sets its permissions.

The job must exist in your framework first.

Check the job name in config.lua

RealEstateAgencyJobs lists the jobs that become agencies on the first start. The default is realestate.

Warning:
This is only read once, when the agency doesn't exist in the database yet. After that, add and change agencies with /manageagencies.

Set the permissions

Open /manageagencies (you need the nolag_properties.admin ACE), pick the agency, and set the minimum grade for each permission. Grade 0 means every grade. The agency's boss can also change grades from the agency portal's Boss Menu.

Boss grades always get every permission the agency has.

The Default column is the minimum grade a new agency starts with. Review it after the first start, because some permissions act on every property on the server, not only the agency's own.

When you add a new agency in /manageagencies, its Agency type fills in a starting set of permissions. Every type includes the four Agency permissions. You can change any permission afterwards.

Players with the nolag_properties.admin ACE get the admin panel and agency management without the job:
