Creators add line items, set prices, and send receipts to nearby players. Recipients review each receipt and can accept or reject it. The UI can distinguish business vs personal receipts at a glance (e.g. by color). You can track paid receipts and rejected ones for clearer history.
Employees can be allowed to create and manage invoices (within your rules). Roles and permissions control who can create, edit, or manage invoices. You can restrict who may create invoices to reduce abuse, cancel invoices with admin or management oversight, and toggle whether invoices can be accepted when you need extra control.
You can set company tax percentages per transaction and commission rates by job grade for transparent payouts. Use pre-defined invoice items for repeat work, and customize items per society or business so invoices match how each business operates.
The system provides logs for paid, unpaid, and canceled invoices, and monitoring of transaction status through the interface so businesses and individuals can track what is outstanding or settled.
You can apply interest on overdue invoices after a configurable period and use automated overdue collection (and related tooling on the product side) to chase unpaid bills and keep reconciliation straightforward.
The script supports QBCore, QBox, ESX, and Standalone (custom or no framework), with auto-detection. Standalone requires you to implement framework hooks in the script files-see Installation for paths and caveats.
The script is built to stay light when idle and when opened. Marketing benchmarks (idle, open time, peak script cost, memory) are published on the product page; your results depend on server load and other resources.
