Licensing, verification, refund, and support terms for TeamsGG digital products sold through Tebex.

By purchasing digital products from our Tebex store (TeamsGG Store), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the licensing, permitted use, refund eligibility, and support scope for the scripts and digital products provided by TeamsGG. All sales and payments are handled by Tebex as our Merchant of Record in accordance with their Terms of Service. For more details about their policies, visit Tebex Terms of Service.

Licensing and Usage

License Agreement

All digital products provided by TeamsGG are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a script grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the product for your own server or project, subject to these Terms of Service.

Authorized Use

The script or digital product may only be used by the original purchaser. Purchase access, support, and refund verification are tied to the Discord account linked to the original purchase. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or transfer of the product or license in any form is strictly prohibited.

Types of Purchases

One-Time Purchases

Scripts purchased through a one-time payment are yours to use indefinitely, provided you comply with these Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions grant access to specific products or bundles for as long as the subscription remains active. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties through Tebex. Access to the scripts covered by the subscription ends when the active billing period expires.

Prohibited Actions

By using our products, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the scripts.
  • Share scripts with others, upload them to public forums or websites, or make them accessible to unauthorized users.
  • Resell or redistribute the scripts under any circumstances.

Violating these terms may result in:

  • Revocation of your license to use the product.
  • Reporting of your Cfx.re account for potential action or banning.
  • Legal action to recover damages and enforce these Terms of Service.

No Warranty

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party resources, modified frameworks, custom integrations, or standalone implementations beyond what is explicitly stated on the product page or in our documentation.

Payments and Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be approved once the purchase and linked Discord account are verified in accordance with that policy. After the applicable refund window, purchases are final unless we determine otherwise under the terms of the Refund Policy. Payment processing issues related to checkout or billing must be addressed through Tebex.

Purchase Verification and Support

Support is available only to the original purchaser and only through our official Discord server. Support or refund requests must be made from the same Discord account linked to the original purchase, and you must provide the Tebex purchase ID so we can verify ownership.

We provide support for issues related to our own resource. We do not provide support for implementing standalone framework functions, custom standalone setups, third-party resources, or issues caused by external modifications. If the issue is not with our resource itself, support may be declined and the case may also be ineligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

We aim to provide updates and improvements to our products regularly. However, updates are not guaranteed and may depend on the product, subscription status, or scope of the license purchased.

All performance values and benchmarks shown on our product pages are based on testing conducted on the following PC specifications:

Changes to Terms

TeamsGG reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
