How refund requests, purchase verification, and Discord-only support work for digital products sold through Tebex.

All purchases are processed and managed through Tebex Limited, our Merchant of Record. Because our products are digital, all refund requests and purchase support requests are subject to verification of the original purchase and the Discord account linked to that purchase.

Important Verification Notice

Refunds and purchase support are handled only through our official Discord server. Requests must be made from the same Discord account linked to the purchase. We verify ownership using your Tebex purchase ID and the Discord account associated with that purchase. The 24-hour refund window starts at the exact moment of purchase, even if the Discord role has not yet been claimed.

24-Hour Refund Window

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. This 24-hour period begins when Tebex confirms the payment, not when the role is claimed, not when the product is first used, and not when you first contact support.

Refund requests submitted within this window will be honored once we can verify the purchase through the linked Discord account and the Tebex purchase ID.

Verification Requirements

To review any refund or purchase support request, we require all of the following:

  • The request must be made through our official Discord server.
  • The request must come from the same Discord account linked to the original purchase.
  • You must provide the Tebex purchase ID so we can verify the purchase and linked account.
  • You must provide enough information for our team to review the request and confirm ownership.

If we cannot verify the purchase or the linked Discord account, we may deny the refund or support request.

Refund Requests After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour window, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • The product does not work as intended and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • There was a delivery problem that prevented access to the product.

Requests made after 24 hours may still be reviewed for a limited period, but approval remains at our discretion and depends on the specific issue, the verification result, and whether the problem can be resolved through support.

Rejected or Non-Refundable Cases

A refund request may be denied if:

  • We are unable to verify the Tebex purchase ID and linked Discord account.
  • The request is made from a different Discord account than the one linked to the purchase.
  • The product has been shared, transferred, redistributed, or otherwise misused.
  • The issue is caused by a third-party resource, unsupported modification, or external conflict.
  • The product is being used in a standalone framework or custom standalone setup, and the issue is related to implementing standalone functions rather than a fault in our resource. We do not provide support for implementing standalone framework functions, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
  • You do not provide the information needed for our team to review and verify the request.

How to Request Support or a Refund

To submit a support or refund request:

  1. Join our official Discord server at discord.gg/teamsgg.
  2. Open your request using the same Discord account that was linked to the purchase.
  3. Provide your Tebex purchase ID and a clear explanation of the issue or refund request.
  4. Wait for our team to verify the purchase, linked account, and role assignment details.

Final Decision

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refund eligibility depends on the purchase time window, the Tebex purchase ID, and verification of the Discord account linked to the purchase.

TeamsGG reserves the right to deny requests that cannot be verified or that violate these terms.
